The keyboard was not an Apple keyboard and has failed completely after only a few weeks. I spent an hour or more with Apple Chat yesterday but nothing would bring the keyboard back to life. I reported this to seller and asked for a replacement but have had no response at all. I have taken the keyboard to an Apple dealer this morning, who confirms that the keyboard will never operate again.Reply from: snatch-ach- Feedback replied by seller snatch-ach.- Feedback replied by seller snatch-ach.Clearly states the hard drive that is included in the package, also the keyboard and mouse were a freebie but i haven't received a message regarding the keyboard , if i had i would offer a replacement. impatience is not the way forward, wait for a reply and a solution instead of venting on ebay.
