I have never experienced a purchase packed as poorly as the A-9C. The amplifier weighs 29 lbs. The box in which the A-9C was shipped in was 5 times the size necessary. The packing consisted of 2 pieces of corrugated paper and a bit of bubble wrap. The lack of packing allowed the A-9C to move freely in the box. The front panel was bent in. The entire metal chassis was warped over one inch and out of square, The seller simply did not care if the purchase was damaged when shipped.
