I sincerely apologize for the chip. I honestly did not see it. I just turned 60 and my eyesight isn't as good as it used to be. As far as the shipping, I use Ebay's shipping calculator. I put the weight of the item in that, and Ebay creates the shipping amount according the the weight and the zip code. I have found that when I ship items to Oregon, Washington, or California, the shipping tends to be a lot higher since I am on the East coast in Georgia. Thank you for being such a great customer!
