Seller made random excuses and blamed me as not“being patient”, he’d ‘damaged a few of the rings before he could get it right, and at great cost to him, he finally sent it’ he told me. Doesn’t seem to care about/understand basic contract obligations, or the most basic customer care. Whiny, rude, slow, self serving seller. I only wanted to explain that a few rings were damaged during production, and rather than ship you a flawed piece, I took the time (and cost) to make sure you received the best one. I’m glad you liked the ring in the end, but I truly regret the hassle it caused you.
