This is good value for money specs are correct except for the pickup leg depth for the neck position pickup
That needed to be routed more about a 1/4" of depth
Also depending on your control layout the 1" wood left in the middle of the control cavity needs to be removed
If these two items were address at manufacture it would be an unparalleled deal
I will say for the novice assembler it may require expert paid help but....
Small work for an otherwise very nicely spec'd and finished body
