The seller , to date, is not willing to issue a refund or allow me to return the item for a refund. The DVDs cannot be viewed on US DVD machines. The seller failed to mention this in the obvious ad of the item and claims I should have looked at "specifics" which I am not familiar with. I need ebay to step in and help me in this matter.
