Tienen mucho que mejorar en la comunicación con el cliente ..y en la descripción del artículo..no supo darme la ref de la pieza. Ni mandándole fotos con indicaciones por wasap 🤦y me dijo que no la tenían , ni se molestaron en comprobarla a pesar de pedírselo.tuve que buscarme la vida para asegurarme q era la correcta..lamentable.

Hola, por WhatsApp e dijimos que no teníamos con su referencia, ya que la pieza que compró no es la misma referencia que la suya. Le dijimos que nos mandara la ficha tecnica para comprobar si teníamos alguna compatible, dijo que iba a mandar y acto seguido hizo la compra por eBay.
