Very sorry for the inconvenience. There was a mix up in labels, and this was supposed to go to somebody else. Likewise with the item you ordered. I do admit it is my mistake, but I sent you a message letting you know this would happen and what to do. I will always offer returns, and with a mix up like this, it is unacceptable on my part. This has never happened in the past and I will do everything I can to prevent this from happening in the future.
