When notifying the seller, they basically said “ the item clasp worked for us.” Do not buy from this seller unless you are looking for expensive costume jewelry. The earrings are not Huggie earrings as described, instead they are dangling earrings that do not hug your ear at all. They are cheap looking and the stones look like CZ. Buyer Beware! Do not spend $360 for poor quality.
