Although the stated words and depiction of the item was very different then when I received it, the seller tried to accept my conditions relating to my unhappiness with the item. I know I could of sent it back for a full refund or have EBAY step in if needed , but I did not do that mostly because it was a hassle for me because I have Multiple Sclerosis and everything is hard for me to do.
