This item was listed as a 10 business day handling time. You reached out and told you we would get the package to you in time. Instead you took to feedback and slandered us because you didn't look at the expected delivery date. To all others looking at this feedback these mixed lot packs will take some time to ship as we sell a lot of them daily. Also reach out next time and ask for a cancellation and we would have been happy to do so. This has been reported as we were within our time frame.

Purchased on 5/8. Nowhere on the listing did I see 10 business days handling. On the 17th (7 business days) requested tracking information was promptly told "I will update your tracking in a few minutes for you. Sorry for the delay." Checked again on the 20 (8 business days) and it was generated. After 12 business days and tracking still waiting for pickup requested cancellation/refund which was promised but not done. After 15 business days on 5/29 opened case with ebay.
