Dishonest seller a real scammer and eBay has a modicum of culpability since they hide all actual Seller contact information [verified] even after purchase! In short there are two issues needing addressing here, One: the actual vetted contact info which is necessary for all buyers to verify that they are dealing with the actual owner of said account the buyer has [compelled to pay in advance] for something that may not even exist. Second: Sales Tax! Is the onus of the seller to pay not eBay!
