I just started using this computer. I had to first try to transfer my info. from another machine. That was very difficult. Next there was some software I need from my old computer. Some worked and others did not. Then I did a project (I make custom videos). I started running into problems. First, after working for several hours, the computer just quite, it would no longer connect to the internet, or start to buffer and would never stop. Now I have too much of my stuff in. I don't know what to do
