This seller is definitely trying to pull scams. Posting one picture then when the auction ends it was “oh we actually don’t have the item pictured, can we send you a totally different scarf instead?” Then when I said no and asked for a refund they dragged their feet on it and gave excuses until I threatened to leave a negative review and complain. I’ll give a neutral rating because they did refund me after I made threats. But the whole transaction was a stupid waste of my time.
