Looks to be the same as on the image, BUT it is teensy. There is no way it can be used on the psoas muscles (meant to work both sides at the same time. It cannot be deep massage becaise the item is a total of about 4cm high.You can see that the whole package fits in one hand.
They don't have any images showing the item being used on a person, which I feel is deliberate, and the measurements noted on the image of the item are in tiny text, so quite hard to read, similarly deliberate I believe.
