I received 2 shirts that have been washed 3 times and I have not yet been able to get the smell of cologne out of them. I paid $28.93 but was only offered the $20 as a refund (minus cost to ship them back) so I'll hold onto them and continue to try to wash out the smell. The seller refused to concede that the shirts have an odor. The few dollars I'll receive back after my transaction aren't worth the "win" to have her smell them and see that they actually reek of cologne (or maybe deodorant).

This entry is not entirely true. I first of all apologized that the buyer felt that there was an odor with the shirts that he purchased. I just simply explained that we are a fragrance free household so I was puzzled as to why they would have a smell. I told the buyer twice to initiate the return through Ebay and once I received the shirts back I would issue a full refund (which is Ebay policy). I don't think I should just refund him and let him keep the shirts at no charge.
