The pitcher arrived with prompt shipping and good packaging! However, I am DISAPPOINTED. The pitcher is NOT cut glass as is stated in the description. It is pressed glass. Knowing this, I would not have made the purchase. I contacted the seller prior to purchase and had a prompt reply. Contacted seller on May 9 after receipt of item with no response as of May 27. I have never left neutral or negative feedback, but future buyers should know about all buying experiences with "no return" purchases.
