Seller updated listing but I needed to involve Ebay customer services to get the seller to start the return process. Once this happened, the laptop was collected and a refund issued. Lots of faf, time spent, waiting and in the end, I didn't even get the item I ordered.Reply from: snatch-ach- Feedback replied by seller snatch-ach.- Feedback replied by seller snatch-ach.There was a typo in the description from older listing, we corrected that, and usually returns are automated, in this case due to the reason requested for return it required a manual acceptance of return which was overlooked as reliant on auto process but soon as we saw it we fixed the issue.
