The seller shipped the shifter very quickly and I received it even before the estimated time so I really appreciated that. The part was in good shape, although I didn't use it because my particular model vehicle had an additional black module on the side of the shifter which I didn't notice until I compared the new part to the one I was removing. I contacted the seller, they responded right away and were very professional. I will definitely do business with them again, Great Customer Service!
