In researching my records, this buyer ordered 2 of the same item. I shipped out the items as requested. Buyer received their package within 6 days or ordering. Buyer claimed to have only received 1 of the 2 items. Since I did not take a picture of these items in the box prior to shipping I had no proof he did not receive both items. In order to try to provide good customer service I apologized to the buyer and offered a refund for the one item they claimed to have not received.

Well, in addition to poor customer servive you are a liar as well. See below screenshot that he said that he thought order is for 1 (!) and applogize for not sending two. I have to go to post office to ship this back, deal with returns and wait another 7 days to get another set, total 2 weeks. It is really pity that a guy want to smear my reputation in addition to his simple screw up
