for the money, i will say i am finding the on and off switch really really really... really annoying. that aside, at first they felt like cheap $20 headsets for $150 dollars. the more i use them, i really like the light weight feeling. and the connectivity is solid. the microphone is also good at noise isolation and despite the feeling like i am missing bass or depth in the earpiece, the vocals come through well.
as for shipper: good speed! as advertised. good!
