Seller consented to a lower offer and shipping was prompt and items well packaged. But if I had any criticism it would be that despite providing pictures of the item, I feel that if an item has damaged areas, they should be listed in the verbal description. I saw from the photos that the lance tip was broken off BUT I didn’t realize that the horse’s right ear was broken off until I received it, even though, if you look very carefully, you can see that in one photo. So, look very carefully!
