Something was loose inside the cabin and they said to go ahead and open the packaging to investigate, that they would do their best to assist. It was nothing that would require an exchange. They had the best price on eBay, and I received the cabin quickly. I highly recommend this seller, and I would buy from them again.

Manufacturerโs packaging missing one of the four pins used to connect the containers to each other. As of now, works fine with three pins. Should note that vendor shipped the worn item. Quickly responded and resolved the problem. Shipped the correct item and provided a return label for the wrong one. Great customer service.
