My USPS route has not had a regular carrier. Pick ups have irregular. Began taking all shipments to Postal substation to insure faster shipping. And sorry for not refunding the overage. However add in shipping, exchange rate, and finally duty and broker fees, and it is ridiculous. It cost me more than twice the actual cost of the item. I will only be buying inside Canada going forward.
