The figure has two arms when it was shipped. The buyer sends a picture that it arrived without the arms. The arms on these figures can be popped in and out easily. So either usps opened the package and took the arms off the figure and then put the figure back in (not likely and makes no sense). Who knows I just know how I sent it. Still offered a return and refund. Buyer only wanted a refund and to keep item. We stand by what we sell! You don't like it return it
