    Seller didn’t reveal a missing bottom on a pair of bookends as well as large cracks completely through the metal. Seller responded to my pics stating that not revealing those issues wasn’t intentional. Seller wasted time going back & forth even suggesting that I repair the bookend myself by gluing felt over the missing bottom. Despite paying top dollar the bookends were shipped slowly and were not suitable as a Xmas gift. Seller accepted my request for a 50% refund to reflect one bad bookend.
