The item was damaged during transit due to poor packaging. The lack of protective packaging was a surprise considering it is and was described as a book piece. The seller did provide me a small refund, but (in my opinion) it was not commensurate with the reduction in the value of the piece. Also upon closer inspection, it appears a sloppy glue job was done on a couple of rhinestones that did not appear in the photos.
