Seller sent my item in a used Amazon box with poorly placed tape and poor packaging damaging the item. Item was sold as “new/sealed” but it was open when I received it. Seller also overcharged for shipping. I’m leaving negative feedback because when I contacted the seller about the damaged item, the seller would not respond. I have now opened a case to return the item and the seller stays silent just wasting more time for me to escalate the case.

1. Buyer complained of speed of deliver, to Hawaii, which is not in our control.
2. Buyer complained of the cost of shipping. The cost was clearly listed on the listing. We charged $15 to ship and label cost $13.21. How that is overcharging???
3. We always reuse shipping boxes, which almost all sellers do.
4. Buyer complained of damaged item when his own pictures clearly shows the box was damaged during shipping, again out of our control.
