IT was stated easy return. It was not an easy return. I contacted the seller and they told me I'm responsible for the return shipping fee. That made zero sense to me especially when shipping was free to begin with. And it's not stated on their website. I sent screenshot stated ive shipped the item only to be told. In this case, you are responsible for the shipping costs, but you threatened to leave a negative review if we did not cover the costs. So when the item arrived and only half of the order was there I was obviously anxious and stressed that my order had been mishandled somehow. Only after reaching out to the seller did I learn it was split into two separate shipments.
