The item arrived early and in good condition. The bolt tabs needed to be adjusted slightly. And it then fit perfectly on my '04 Fatboy. It is narrower than the stock seat. It is not a top quality product. Some of the stitching is a little crooked and the covering material (fake leather) feels quite thin. But for the price it's good. As for comfort, only time will tell. As it's been raining since I've installed it. So I haven't put any miles on it yet.
