Appalling service, item ‘marked’ as dispatched, 3-5 day courier stated, yet no tracking provided. Requested tracking from the seller who stated there wasn’t any for courier they’d used ( which do supply tracking for all shipments) 10 days later, item still hasn’t arrived. Poor communication, no help or reassurance offered. Ask others have said and stated in previous negative reviews, very hit and miss but it seems some items are marked as sent when they clearly haven’t been , very deceiving!
