They arrived with very visible cutlery markings, this is by no means “excellent” and was not included in the description. I had to go through eBay to get this resolved so I could return for a full refund as the seller was unwilling to do so without intervention. In addition, this seller’s communication skills are lacking and very rude. I did respectfully advise her that if she wanted pristine plates, she might purchase new or try using Replacements.com. I reported her to eBay
