Package has not been received, which appears the fault of the delivery company however seller is refusing to accept this and raise a dispute, constantly quoting that their tracking says delivered. I was away from home for 6 days so it is impossible for delivery to have taken place.
I have requested a refund with no response received in relation to this.
I would be willing to change the negative feedback if the seller assists in rectifying the issue but after several messages, they are not.
