It arrived yesterday and I unwrapped it to find it's used. Well used. The rod journals have 5 thou wear on them. I might be able to grind them to 10 under, but likely will have to go 20. I've contacted them about their fraud, or mistake. I can use this, but I'll have to grind it. Also I can't sell it to my customer as new. The seller has not replied.
