Item was described as new but it was clearly used as these parts are not reusable. There are plastic rivets that get melted to secure the keyboard which means to remove the keyboard from one of these that is already installed on the part, they need to be broken off. this unit already had the rivets broken off so I had no way to use it to fix the device. I tried to reach out to the seller over a week ago and never heard back.
