I saw your negative review and was very upset that you never received your order. I believe that I have fully fulfilled my obligations to you - the goods were sent on time and you can track the data on its movement.
Since January 5, the parcel has been at customs in Italy and the Ukrainian delivery service has nothing to do with it... I can’t even imagine what could have happened!
Today I will send a complaint to find out the reasons for this situation.
