The one I received has no shape to it, it's like a brick. Has loose fitting cover, extremely heavy metal seat pan. I was hoping it would "fluff up" after getting it unpackage, but never happened! I doubt I'll be able to return or worth returning due to customs and shipping cost. Just wanted to let you know how disappointing this purchase was!
