The mounts under the tank are an inch to far back, the front of the tank fouls the steering head preventing any forward movement to attempt alighting the mounts. The underside of the tank fouls the frame as well and the tank rubbers are badly fitted. On the advice of eBay I contacted the seller who told me they have sold over 50 of these tanks with no problems,
