The sword is not the same as the pictures, it only vaguely resembles the same design and detail. I really wanted to like it. Very disappointing. It’s a threaded pomel with a rat tail tang. I definitely wouldn’t use this sword for anything but a wall hanger. It’s an embarrassment to my sword collection. Not a pretty or functional sword. It also arrived a week late. Waste of money (even though it’s only $240). The only positive… the seller has quick to respond to messages. Do not buy.
