I offered to pay for the first shipment but she did not accept. The second shipment was correct and arrived yesterday. The overall transaction took around 18 days which I felt was far too long. The preparation for shipment and the shipment were lengthy. Communication was slow as it took 2-3 days to respond to both my queries about the matter. I can only give a neutral rating not positive.
