    The item was promptly shipped however the item was wrapped in construction paper and then taped on the edges, and the lack of protection caused the box to get damaged during shipping. Upon further investigation, the mechanical feature of this item is to spin and somewhere along the delivery process That is inhibited someway. Not worth the hassle dealing with the seller for a return or refund. The seller showed no concern for the damage product other than it must’ve happened during shipping.
