Seller did not send me what was advertised. What I needed and what was advertised was a lock set with escutcheon trim plate. What I received was a lock set with a rose trim plate. The condition of the door needed the escutcheon plate to cover over a large rectangle prep hole. I contacted the seller and by day two had not heard back. I figured how I could use the rose trim at the expense of the esthetics of the door and fortunately my customer approved. I told seller and day 3 still no response.
