I steep this in 200°F hot water for 3-4 minutes. It has a pleasant, earthly flavor with a hint of floral note to it. It is smooth and flavorful. The aroma is very nice as well. The ingredients are organic Da Hong Pao tea leaves. Finely chopped but the quality seems rather decent and it seems a pretty reasonable value. Overall, I really enjoy this tea. Good, complex flavor and good aroma.
