I used your site to discuss refund due to our inability to travel approximately 670 miles, one way, to pick up the screen for a screen door. As soon as I realized travel was required, I asked for a cancellation and was refused. I initiated a request for a refund and have not had any response, nor a refund applied to my credit card.
