Waited some more as it wasn’t their fault but sent them a message asking if they have done anything, contact the carrier was insurance placed on the product? No response. Once the time was up when EBay could get involved, I reached out to ebay and they got me a refund. All it would have taken was a little communication and I would have waited patiently.
