I notified the seller about the package going missing so that they might be able to do something on their end. I got incredible levels of communication, as much help as they possibly could have given, and a refund when my package was sent in the wrong direction for the 4th or 5th time. This was a model interaction. We were happy to issue a full refund given USPS' incompetence that has now occurred at multiple processing centers. If you ever actually receive your order, please keep at as our way of saying thank you for your patience. :-)

We understand that given the high prices your store charges ($499.50, $1,487.07, $474.05, etc.) that you can easily bury the postage cost in the high prices. We simply can't do that with a $23 item without raising the price to $29 and then claim shipping is "free."
