I attempted to cancel the purchase, but they wouldn’t allow me to cancel it because the item was about to be shipped. When it arrived, I didn’t even open the package. I immediately requested a return. They ask me for an explanation. I let them know I found the item for cheaper elsewhere. They wanted me to provide proof of that. Now they want me to pay for return shipping which is around $300.
