Coop is spacious and very easy to put together. Holes are all pre drilled and has pegs to fit in the holes. We sealed the outside before assembly. Roof is not PVC so that should be changed in the description. Do not over tighten your screws or wood will split. Over all I am happy with this coop and have Serama and Kikiriki chickens in it.
