    The Envelope you used was not strong enough to make the trip, and the book, and the envelope got beat up pretty bad. I want this Book, so I am willing to accept it, as it is. But in the future, you need to ship, especially hard back's, in a better envelope . Maybe it was the postal service, but you did not pack this with anything, and you sent it in a cheap, bag, with no Bubble wrap!
