I had to put the skirt from over the top of my head but it sits nicely when worn. A bit of a hassle to get it off, but I’m not picky about that. The seller is amazing, great communication! I couldn’t select the 3xl so I took a chance and asked to get it in 3xl and they delivered it! I recommend a lot! ❤️
